Robert “Bob” Poynter, President and Senior Appraiser of Landmark Appraisal Services, graduated from Indiana University School of Business and has been a practicing appraiser in Florida and Georgia since 1991.
Bob’s qualifications have allowed him to serve as an expert witness in Orange, Seminole, Lake, Marion and Osceola Counties in Florida; Fulton, Dekalb, Henry and Rockdale Counties in Georgia and Los Angeles County in California. He has also served as a special magistrate in Orange County. His testimony has been given in condemnation, taxation, bankruptcy and domestic matters and his clients include the State of Florida Department of Transportation, the State of Georgia Department of Transportation and the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection, for projects relating to eminent domain.
